Here's a question you may not consider very often:

How can you learn the most from your life experiences?

Life is full of principles and lessons that everyone seems to learn at their own pace. Some learn sooner, others take much longer to learn the same thing. But what if you could always learn the lessons life has for you without having to go through similar challenges again and again before you get the message?

Whether it's the things that happen to you, or mistakes that you make, sometimes it seems like our lives are out of control, when really there are principles that we can learn and apply to make things better. A principle is something that you can do to create success in a certain area of life. Happy relationships, good health, self-reliance, wealth, or any other desirable outcomes all have principles that we can apply to achieve them.

To learn the most from your life experiences, look for principles.

Since I was 14 years old I have been keeping a journal. I started by just writing down random thoughts or ideas, but since then I have evolved to recording experiences and insights about how life works. Journaling is an excellent way of recording and processing your experiences to learn the principles life teaches you.

The lessons we learn from our experiences help us to make better choices and live right now. The more you can learn from your past experiences, the sooner you will live better.

So learn as much as you can, as fast as you can, so you can be fully engaged in your life right now. The sooner you live better, the more good you can do here.

You need to be better for yourself, for your family, for your friends, and for the world.

You have a gift to give my friend, so dig deep, try your best, and learn from everything, as quickly as you can.
